Visual no-code automation platform. You connect apps with drag-and-drop “scenarios”, map fields and add filters and routers without writing code. The Free plan is enough to try our templates (check make.com/pricing for current limits).
How we use it: Every Flowpaja template and client build runs on Make. It’s powerful, but watch your monthly credits: a scenario that checks every 15 minutes uses far more than one that runs once a day.
Free online spreadsheets. It’s a simple “database” for small teams: invoice lists, lead logs, settings tabs.
How we use it: The data source for our invoice templates and the response sheet for Google Form leads. It’s great for small volumes. For thousands of rows or complex relations, a real database or CRM is better.
Email from Google. Make’s Gmail app can send, read and draft emails from your own address.
How we use it: Sends the Overdue Invoice Digest and the Polite Invoice Reminder emails, and holds the Quote Follow-Up Assistant drafts. Note: personal Gmail connections in Make need re-authorizing about every six months.
A free CRM for contacts, companies and deals. The free tier covers the basics most small teams need.
How we use it: Our Lead Router template creates or updates HubSpot contacts from form leads. The free CRM is enough, but some features (like advanced automation) are paid add-ons.
Team chat. A Slack message is often the fastest way to make sure a new lead or an error doesn’t go unnoticed.
How we use it: Hot-lead alerts and error alerts in the Lead Router. The free workspace works. It has limited message history, but that’s fine for alerts.
A form builder with a generous free plan and a clean, document-like editor. It’s a good alternative to Google Forms.
How we use it: We suggest it when a client wants nicer forms than Google Forms. Our Lead Router is built for Google Forms, so Tally needs a trigger swap in Make.
